Underword’s performers create work which is passionate, moving, angry, fun … so for one night we’re banning them from reading it.
Instead settle down to hear something they love — or hate — written by a different author or poet they admire — or despise. It might be their best friend, a key influence, someone who has inspired them in some way they will share with you. It might be a few tattered pages saved from a gutter in rain-lashed Paris. It might be the unfinished final chapter from a dying novelist. Or everyone might bring some William McGonagall.
There may be limited free slots on this night — get in touch to sign up.
Wednesday 12th August, 7.50pm–8.40pm.
